Copper Wire Mesh

Material:copper wire.warp used phosphor bronze wire,weft used brassiness wire. Phosphor Bronze monofilament has excellent tensile strength, bending strength,wear resistance and extend ability,but the brass line with the appropriate tensile and elongation.

Weaving pattern : copper mesh is divided into square hole, rectangular hole,plain weave, twill weave.

Characteristics: good acid resistance , good alkali resistance, wear resistance, while while wire level off, strong tensile strength,good permeability, and running stable,no seam mark, long service life, and so on.

Uses: widely used Fourdrinier wire section and Cylindermouldmachine, as well as other industrial screening and filtering.
